Cozy and clean room. The staff were really good when my partner fell ill, calling an ambulance and offering support. They were understanding and allowed me to change my reservations multiple times. The hotel is conveniently located near a train station and McDonald's. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and helpfulness during a difficult time.

This meant that guests had to climb several flights of stairs to reach their rooms, which could be inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage. the neighborhood where the hotel was located felt unsafe, especially when walking at night.

I was initially concerned about the neighborhood, but once I realized everyone was just going about their own business, I felt safe. The hotel room was clean and the daily clean towels were a nice touch. The pastries and bread made by Diawara were delicious. The transportation service around the hotel was excellent, making it easy to visit popular attractions like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower.
