Cozy and clean room. The staff went above and beyond when my partner fell ill, calling an ambulance and offering support. They were understanding and allowed me to change my reservations multiple times. The hotel is conveniently located near a train station and McDonald's. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and helpfulness during a difficult time.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is within walking distance to Gare du Nord station, Paris Est & Paris Nord train stations, and just a short walk to two nearby metro stations. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and get around. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, adding to our overall positive experience.
